I reviewed several videos on the Kenosha looting, burning and murdering . There is one young man who stated on a Twitter video that he was only carrying lethal rounds to protect property. What this naive young man failed to realize that he was creating video testimony that can be used to crucify him in a hostile court of law. The standard for using lethal force ( check your state laws) in Georgia is that lethal force is authorized to protect yourself and 3rd parties to prevent grave bodily injury or death not property. As long as rule of law exists to whatever extent it is enforced, count on the fact that in blue states and blue cities that law will be used to figuratively and ,if the leftists could,
literally hang all American patriots. Do not be your own worst enemy by bragging nor talking too much. Yes and No answers should suffice. Better yet, keep silent and concentrate on protecting innocents and deterring looting and violence.
Keep you mouth shut. Stay off camera! WIsconsin is a disparity of force state. Only can fire on someone/ppl intent and capable of serious harm where there is disparity of force.
Its stupid though to let the ppl burn everything down but it is what it is.

The sad fact is that the rule of law, whether it is "rule" OR "law", will be used against you in many circumstances by the in-the-bag powers that be whether you've actually broken any laws or not. As has been mentioned, keep your mouth shut as much as possible. There is absolutely no need to talk to reporters; no need to talk to passers-by; and very little need to talk to Law Enforcement outside of the required information. We are friends of LEO, and LEO is expected to be friends to us as well--but when push comes to shove, their job is to find and arrest criminals and get them to provide evidence. Police Officers will absolutely lie in order to get you to say something stupid. They will pretend to be your friend in order to get that confession. We have cops on this board, and they'll confirm that. It's part of tradecraft for them. If you find yourself in a situation where you suspect you may be held legally liable for anything at all, your best words are "My name is Sam Smith, and I want a lawyer". As soon as you use the L word, avenues of attack are closed off.
Equally important, no matter what you're doing or who else may be involved, is to remember that every TOASTER has a camera these days. The simple rule of thumb is to operate as if everything you're doing--EVERYTHING--is being recorded on a camera somewhere, probably from multiple angles. And as we already know, everything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. That applies even more to everything you DO that the camera captures.
Even more important than keeping your mouth shut and remembering to "lawyer up" in the event of legal jeopardy, and being aware that cameras are everywhere, is knowing the laws of the area you're in and obeying those laws. This is critically important. In many open-carry states, for instance, the open-carry provisions extend to motor vehicles. But in Pennsylvania the moment you sit your butt in a car with a loaded weapon you are considered to be carrying concealed, even if the weapon is sitting on the dash. If you don't have a CCP, you've just committed a felony.
Know the laws where you're operating, and obey them. Obey the commands of officers. Answer the standard name and address questions. Demand a lawyer when it's prudent (and it's almost always prudent). Otherwise, keep your mouth shut.

Also just cuz it isnt illegal does not mean they cant give you lots of trouble for it.
